No, the files are provided as clean, high-resolution STLs. Because our users print on a massive variety of machines—ranging from large-format FDM to high-resolution Resin—we leave the orientation and supporting up to you so you can optimize them for your specific printer, material, and setup.
The system is highly modular. Parts are engineered with standardized connection sockets, alignment pegs, and tight tolerances. Most builders assemble them using a combination of friction-fitting, superglue (CA glue), or two-part epoxy for a permanent bond. We highly recommend doing a dry-fit test before applying any adhesive.
Yes! While primarily designed as high-detail display props and cosplay accessories, the majority of the parts feature a standard 1-inch hollowed central core. Experienced prop builders frequently modify these internal cavities to house custom Neopixel chassis, batteries, and LED components.
For SLA/Resin printers (highly recommended for capturing intricate details), ABS-like or Tough resin yields spectacular and durable results. For FDM printers, we recommend PLA+ or PETG at a 0.12mm to 0.16mm layer height. We suggest printing parts vertically when possible to maintain the crispest cylindrical details.
